For nearly 10 years, Heidi Parsont has worked with companies from Fortune 1000 to small, niche players to find top talent.
Before founding TorchLight, Heidi worked at Melcrum, a best-practice corporate communications consulting firm where she built a client base from more than 300 of the Fortune 1000 companies. Her work for Melcrum increased their market penetration for a newly developed research platform.
Prior to that, Heidi worked with senior marketing, communications, and PR professionals to fill more than 150 roles while she worked at McKinley Marketing Partners.
In an earlier role, Heidi led the sales and client relations team at National Journal Group, an Atlantic Media Company.
